My Sunday Photo

If you read my previous post, you'll know we lost our very loved dog last week, Miss CCL asks me every day if he is coming home today, is he happy and whispers I love you doggie every night as I kiss her good night - she's known him all her life so it's understandable that she misses him so much. I miss him more.

Catching the sun behind the Angel statue in Hove the next day was quite special.

  2. Sorry to hear about your dog. Although we don't have a pet, I can completely understand how kids can get so attached. In a similar vein, Isaac is getting all sad because I am getting rid of my car next week - he's excited because I'm getting a new one but sad because the car is only two weeks 'younger' than him, so it's been something he's known all his life. (And he really does love his cars!)

  5. It's heartbreaking to hear of you having to part from you beloved friend. I hope you find some comfort in remembering all the good times you spent together. I have an 11 year old dog who is my best friend and constant companion. I can't imagine how pained and at a loss I'd be without her. I know that time will come but she's had a fantastic life and we have been blessed to have her in our family. I treasure every day with her now because I know one day we'll have to say farewell.
You have captured a beautiful photo that seems just perfect.
